In the beating heart of Milan, just a short distance from the iconic Fondazione Prada, a new chapter of pure urban regeneration begins. In a dense context, amidst city traffic and ever-evolving architecture, we coordinated a bold construction project that makes technical precision its hallmark.

The first step was a delicate and fundamental environmental remediation, which also involved the removal of existing asbestos. This complex and highly specialized activity was conducted in full compliance with regulations, ensuring safety both on and off-site. Subsequently, we proceeded with the controlled demolition of the existing building. This was not simple destruction, but a feat of reverse engineering: every movement was calculated to protect a critical strategic cable duct running underground. Thanks to millimetric surveys and constant monitoring, the operation was completed without any risk to the infrastructure.

With the area cleared, we laid the foundations for the future: deep excavations and new foundations, secured by robust retaining piles. A concrete example of how to transform a disused area into a new opportunity, curating every detail from the underground to the sky.
