In the heart of the Lingotto complex, an undisputed symbol of urban regeneration in Turin, we executed a series of targeted interventions driven by a single approach: integrating advanced technical solutions without ever disrupting the rhythm of daily life.
A roof looking towards the future
On the rooftop of a prestigious hotel within the complex, we installed a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system, seamlessly integrated with the existing electrical infrastructure. A strategic operation combining clean energy with consumption reduction, marking a concrete step towards sustainability, all while ensuring full business continuity for the hotel during the works.
New elevators for new momentum
Simultaneously, we managed the replacement of four elevator systems serving both offices and the hotel. This intervention introduced modern, safe, and efficient technology. The main challenge was logistics: rigorous planning and careful safety management allowed us to minimize impact on users.
Each site contributed to a common goal: improving energy performance and the quality of operational spaces, working with respect for the context and the people.
