Bershka
Destination: Commercial
Year: 2025
In the elegant heart of Turin, along the iconic Via Roma at number 282, the Bershka store has recently undergone a radical transformation. This profound renovation was conceived to inject new energy into the commercial space, aligning it with the brand’s contemporary trends and the demands of an increasingly dynamic retail sector. Yet, behind every renewed surface and carefully positioned light, lies an invisible but fundamental task: technical supervision and site safety management, executed with a precise engineering vision.
Coordinating a construction site in such a prestigious urban context, with tight deadlines and overlapping workflows within a limited footprint, requires specific expertise and constant on-field presence. In this project, our technical service played a central role: planning activities, verifying safety conditions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating multiple operational teams involved in the complete store overhaul.
Every phase of the restyling—from the demolition of old fittings to the installation of new systems and finishes—was monitored with a rigorous yet flexible approach, capable of addressing any challenge in real-time. The result is a completely transformed space, modern and functional, but also a testament to a professionally managed site where safety was never just a formality, but a daily operational value.
