Navigating the complex landscape of the Superbonus era, marked by economic and regulatory challenges, we successfully led a comprehensive redevelopment project in Corsico/Milan. Through careful management, we transformed a significant residential building while preserving its unique identity.

The intervention focused on deep energy retrofitting, delivering a tangible improvement in quality of life for all residents. This project also offered the opportunity to refine the building's aesthetics: a meticulous study of chromatic criteria revitalized the structure's image, establishing a harmonious and renewed dialogue with the surrounding urban context.
