A targeted intervention in one of Milan's most exclusive areas, where a prestigious building required urgent recovery of its projecting elements. The Client's primary objective was clear: resolve critical issues with the balconies while preserving the precious original mosaic skin intact.
The project combined aesthetics with safety: beyond renewing finishes, we executed a deep structural consolidation of the cantilevered slabs, which were found to be mechanically compromised. The challenge was met by maintaining perfect formal balance: the building was returned to the city substantially renewed, yet faithful to its original architectural rhythms and color palette.
