A building of great historical value, nestled in an urban fabric rich in memories, has undergone a rebirth. In this project, Architecture became meticulous care: a conservative recovery intervention aimed at restoring health to the property's vital elements, from time-worn facades to the roofing system.
We operated with absolute respect for the building's original soul, integrating advanced technological and building recovery techniques. The goal was not merely to repair, but to regenerate: we restored efficiency and structural safety without altering the aesthetics, breathing new life and splendor into an architectural organism of extraordinary interest.
